I migrated from the corporate world to the fitness arena to equip individuals with movement intelligence. For over 12 years,
I have been working with diverse clients using time-tested modalities. In particular,
I am thrilled to coach individuals keen to acquire specialty skills from StrongFirst.
As a sport instructor with the University of British Columbia, I teach indoor cycling
and weightlifting classes for students
and staff, and aqua based restorative exercises for seniors.
In my tenure as a coach/trainer, I have received awards for excellence and passionate as ever, continue to grow my craft through attending workshops and seminars.
Jo is a master trainer and leader in strength and mobility conditioning. She is at the top of her league with her understanding of the human body, as well as her passion for health and fitness.
